I am so exited to announce my latest coffee! This is an Anaerobic Washed Sidra from Vinka, 6th place winner at the Taza Dorada Contest! Around a month ago I tried this coffee from a roaster and knew I had to showcase it. This clean Ecuadorian features notes of subtle Tropical Fruit, Pink Florals, Raspberry, and Citrus
