Roasting

What machine do you roast on?

We roast on the Diedrich IR-5 for production, and utilize the Roest L100 for our sampling.

When do you roast?

We roast biweekly on Sundays. Orders are shipped the next day.

Brewing

What are your brewing recommendations?

Brewing systems are highly dependent on your equipment:
- grinder and therefore burr
- water composition
- along with many more variables
