The Coffee:
This is a Washed Gesha from Finca El Dorado, 8th place winner of Ecuador’s Cup of Excellence. I have been in contact with the farms owner, Bernard Uhe, for six months now and have built a close relationship. After sampling his lots from the past few years, I selected this lot. This Ecuadorian Gesha features notes of White Florals, Honey Comb, and Stone Fruit.
